Arran is Chief Clinical Advisor Mental Health and Addictions at the New Zealand Ministry of Health. He is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and has worked across DHB, Ministry, NGO, Kaupapa Maori and Primary Care settings. Arran has a range of wider sector leadership and governance experience, and has strong interests in life-course developmental and population level approaches to mental health and wellbeing, particularly in the areas of psychosocial response to emergencies and eMental Health initiatives.
